...a country church with a life-giving message!
Welcome!

I just wanted to take the time to welcome you to the SC3 website.  You will be able to find out a little bit about our church, upcoming events and listen to the recent sermons. Previous Sermons and series' can be found under the Media button in the upper left side of the screen.

April 15th starts our journey into the Gospel of John.  We are looking forward to this look into one of the deepest parts of Scripture.  John's Gospel is so rich and full of great teaching for all areas of life: whether you have never been to church before, you are just starting to study the Bible or if you have been a believer for years, this Gospel has tremendous lessons in it focusing on Jesus as the Son of God.

Please feel free to come out and worship with us, we look forward to seeing you!

Love In Christ,

Eight girls from the Sand Creek Community participated in the Appleseeds program designed to mentor girls 9-12 yrs. of age.  They met on Sunday afternoons in a local  woman’s home ( from the Sand Creek Community Church) to make a craft, learn a biblical principle from a Bible Story and then make a snack/have a manners lesson.  Fifteen Church women mentored the girls over the six weeks.  Each girl was presented with a participation certificate and an “apple” lapel pin in our Church Service April 1, 2012.

Participants included:  Brittnee Byers , Hailey Oullette, Miranda Constable, Helena Dickerson, Shaylan Craig, Vernae Hillard, Suzanne Benzing, Kallen Mohr and Zoe Marks

Just a reminder to bring in nonperishable food items for our shopping cart at church. All items collected in the next month will be going to support the Sand Creek Elem. music students who are having a food drive March 11 - April 28.  All food collected at our Church will be taken to the Elem. (counted and weighed) and then delivered to food panties in Adrian.  The Elem. students have joined together with the Adrian Symphony this month to celebrate "Music in Our Schools" Month with this community service project.

Click on Media on the left

(Not every sermon will be available,
for a variety of reasons.)

Audio tapes & CD's of our Sunday services are available to borrow or purchase from our A-V Dept.

>The shopping cart in the entry is for non-perishable food donations for the less fortunate.  Usually, it goes to Salvation Army; but if you know of a local family in need, please tell Ann or click "Contact Us" on the left side of this page.
